Commercial Roof Maintenance
Most commercial roof failures are preventable. Blocked outlets, lifted flashings and minor defects that go unnoticed become leaks, emergency call-outs and damaged stock. A planned maintenance programme costs a fraction of the repairs it prevents - and gives you a documented maintenance history for your building.
We provide scheduled roof maintenance for individual buildings and portfolios: periodic inspections, clearance, minor remedial works and a written condition record after every visit.
What a maintenance programme covers
- Scheduled roof inspections - typically annual or twice-yearly
- Gutter, outlet and drainage clearance
- Minor repairs completed during the visit
- Photographic condition reports
- Prioritised recommendations for future work
- Maintenance records for compliance and warranty purposes
Planned beats reactive
Reactive roofing spend is unpredictable and always arrives at the worst time. Planned maintenance flattens that spend into a known cost, catches problems early when they are cheap to fix, and extends the serviceable life of the roof.
For portfolios and managing agents
For clients managing multiple buildings we can schedule inspections across the portfolio, report in a consistent format, and help you build a realistic forward maintenance budget for each property.
