When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details about the work you need. If you email us photos of your roof, we keep them with your enquiry.

• To provide you with a quote and respond to your enquiry
• To arrange and carry out work you ask us to do
• To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at hello@truroofing.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
