Over-clad or replace?
Where existing timber is sound, uPVC can be fixed over it. Where the timber has rotted, over-cladding just hides the problem - the timber needs replacing. We check the condition of the existing boards first and tell you which your home needs.

A gutter that drips onto a wall or overflows in rain gradually saturates brickwork and can rot the rafter feet it is fixed to. If you can see staining, plant growth or sagging sections, it is worth getting looked at before it spreads.
